Virus/spyware and malware removal and protection

Have you noticed any of the following:

If so, you may have viruses, spyware, or malware on your computer. Even if you have virus protection software, viruses and malicious software can still get onto your PC. I can disinfect your PC and restore its speed and reliability.

  • Install all current Windows critical and optional updates (including Service Packs, if you're behind...)

Severe Infections

Severe PC infections may require the re-installation of Windows to remove all threats. What's included:

  • Physically clean your PC's innards (remove the cover and blow out the dust bunnies)
  • Backup all of your data (desktop, favorites, music, pictures, documents) to external media
  • Format your hard drive
  • Reinstall Windows from your original media
  • Install all necessary Service Packs and Windows Updates
  • Install Adobe and Java updates (very common infection vectors)
  • Restore your data and scan for infections
  • Install FREE anti-virus protection and PC tune up software
